By accessing or using the CapGo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the CapGo Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the CapGo Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the CapGo Services as a rider. To register as a driver, you must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and meet all other requirements specified in our driver onboarding process.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Use the CapGo Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or federal law.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including drivers, riders, or CapGo employees.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the CapGo Services or servers connected to the CapGo Services.
  • Provide false information or impersonate another person.
  • Damage or tamper with any vehicle used in connection with the CapGo Services.

5. Payments and Cancellations

By using the CapGo Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Cancellation fees may apply if a trip is canceled after a driver has been assigned. All prices are displayed before you confirm a trip.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the CapGo Services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the app. Your continued use of the CapGo Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
